Program Overview

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Regeno3one Vet Authorized Wholesaler/Distributor. Our wholesalers/distributor programs are designed for qualified resellers, including veterinary practices, holistic and integrative clinics, specialty pet retailers, and approved online resellers.

This program offers tiered wholesale/distributor pricing with deeper discounts based on volume purchasing, allowing our wholesale/distributors to grow their business while providing clients with premium medical ozone-based and integrative support products.

Important: Certain products are restricted and may only be purchased by licensed healthcare professionals or authorized facilities. License verification is required for access to restricted items.

Approval and Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as a Wholesalers/Distributor, applicants must:

Operate a licensed veterinary, medical, or integrative health business OR
Be an approved retail or eCommerce reseller aligned with RegenO3one Vet’s brand standards
Provide valid business documentation
Provide professional license credentials where applicable
Regeno3one Vet reserves the right to approve or deny any wholesale/distributor application at its sole discretion. Approval may be withheld if the applicant does not meet business, professional, or brand standards.

Please complete the Wholesale/Distributor Registration Forms and submit for review. Once approved, you will receive:

Ordering instructions

All orders are subject to verification, minimum order requirements, and shipping fees. Volume pricing tiers are applied automatically based on order size.

All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
Orders will not be processed or released until payment is received and confirmed.

Minimum order quantities, volume tiers, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Regeno3one Vet Wholesale/Distributor Agreement – Summary

This summary outlines the general terms and responsibilities for participation in the RegenO3one Vet Wholesalers/Distributor Program. Final participation is subject to approval and compliance with all program policies.

Training & Use Responsibility

Wholesalers/Distributors are solely responsible for all product training, education, and implementation within their organization and with their customers. RegenO3one Vet does not provide procedural training through the wholesale/distributor program.

Wholesalers/Distributors must ensure all products are used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Compliance & Professional Use

Some products may be limited to professional use only and may not be sold or transferred to unauthorized individuals.

Wholesalers/Distributors are responsible for:

Verifying professional credentials when required
Complying with all federal, state, and international regulations
Ensuring proper storage, handling, and representation of products

Brand Standards & Representation

Wholesalers/Distributors must represent RegenO3one Vet products accurately and ethically. Misrepresentation of product use, medical claims, or scope of application may result in immediate termination of distributor status.

Right to Modify or Terminate

Regeno3one Vet reserves the right to modify program terms or terminate wholesale/distributor accounts at any time for non-compliance or conduct inconsistent with company standards.

Minimum Resale Price (MRP) Policy

Wholesalers/Distributors agree to sell all RegenO3one Vet products at or above the established Minimum Resale Price (MRP) as provided by RegenO3one Vet.

Discounting, price manipulation, bundling that effectively reduces the retail price below MRP, or advertising prices below MRP—whether online, in-store, or through any promotional channel—is strictly prohibited.

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate and automatic termination from the RegenO3one Vet Distributor Program, without prior notice, and may result in suspension of ordering privileges.

Regeno3one Vet reserves the right to update MRP pricing at any time. It is the wholesalers or distributor’s responsibility to remain compliant with current pricing.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing the below form, I acknowledge I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions of the RegenO3one Vet Wholesale/Distributor Agreement, including compliance with the Minimum Resale Price (MRP) policy, training responsibility requirements, payment terms, and program guidelines.

I understand failure to comply with these policies may result in immediate termination from the distributor program.
