The Ozone Insufflation Bag is made of ozone-resistant materials. It has a luer lock connection and three chambers (200mL, 400mL, and 750mL). Used for rectal ozone.Rectal ozone insufflation bags such as the Reusable Multi‑Chambered Ozone Insufflation Bag are typically made from ozone-resistant plastics. Ours is made from PVC (polyvinyl chloride) for better durability and ozone resistance. These materials are chosen so the bag doesn’t degrade quickly when exposed to ozone gas. The bag material itself is usually not silicone for the main bag portion — silicone isn’t typically used to make the chamber of ozone insufflation bags sold for volumes like 750 mL. (Industry standard for such bags is PVC or EVA.) Many ozone therapy systems use ozone-resistant silicone tubing or catheters because silicone can be highly resistant to ozone when properly formulated.Other accessories: Some ozone therapy accessories (especially flexible cuffs or seals in limb/arm bags) can use medical-grade silicone in parts where flexibility and fit are important, but this doesn’t usually apply to standard 750 mL insufflation bags. Our Stallion medical ozone machine is made internally with medical grade teflon.
